Your mobile number, time zone, the appointments you save (title, time, recurrence), backup contacts you add, and your consent records. We collect nothing else.
Only to run the service: logging you in by texted code, sending your appointment reminders, and texting your backup contact if you miss an appointment. We never sell your data and never use it for marketing.
Message frequency varies (about 2 reminders per appointment, plus confirmations). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of reminders, HELP for help. Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Twilio (text delivery) and Hostinger (hosting). Both see only what they need to deliver the service.
Ask for a copy or deletion of your data any time at admin@keepmyseat.com. Deleting your account removes your appointments, reminders, and backup contacts.
KeepMySeat is for adults 18 and older.
