KeepMySeat sends you text reminders for appointments you save, lets you confirm or reschedule by reply, and can text a backup contact you choose if you miss an appointment.
You log in with your mobile number. Keep your phone secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older.
By providing your number and opting in, you agree to receive automated appointment reminders and account messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel reminders, HELP for help, START to re-subscribe.
Use KeepMySeat only for your own appointments. Only add backup contacts who agreed to hear from you.
We work to keep reminders reliable, but text delivery depends on carriers. KeepMySeat is a reminder aid, not medical advice and not an emergency service. If it is an emergency, call emergency services.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, KeepMySeat is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
